Entretanto, ferva as postas de bacalhau já demolhado durante 10 minutos em leite temperado com pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;Retire a pele e as espinhas ao bacalhau, mas de modo a não desfazer as postas.&lt;br /&gt;Faça o puré de batata utilizando o leite da cozedura do bacalhau, previamente coado. Tempere de sal, pimenta e noz moscada e junte uma gema e uma clara batida em castelo.&lt;br /&gt;Prepare uma cebolada refogando a cebola cortada em meias luas finas com o alho picado, o azeite e o louro.&lt;br /&gt;Unte com manteiga um tabuleiro que possa ir ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;Disponha o puré em volta. Aqui fica a minha versão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr. de batatas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr. de bacalhau&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1,5 dl de azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dente de alho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cebolas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ovos cozidos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;azeitonas pretas a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salsa a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 dl. de leite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparação&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Demolha-se o bacalhau&lt;br /&gt;2. Colocar o bacalhau numa panela e cozer com água a ferver.&lt;br /&gt;3. Cozer as batatas numa panela à parte do bacalhau.&lt;br /&gt;4. Depois de cozido deve-se escorrer o bacalhau, retirar a pele e as espinhas e desfazer em lascas.&lt;br /&gt;5. Cortar as cebolas às rodelas e cortar o dente de alho em rodelas também.&lt;br /&gt;6. Juntar as cebolas e o alho numa panela com azeite e levam-se a alourar ligeiramente.&lt;br /&gt;7. Cortar as batatas cozidas às rodelas e juntar no preparado de cebola e alho.&lt;br /&gt;8. Juntar o bacalhau escorrido e mexer ligeiramente sem deixar refogar.&lt;br /&gt;9. Temperar com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;10. Deitar tudo num tabuleiro e levar ao forno durante 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;11.
